Based in Seattle, Washington, Joe Eubanks heads The Fair and Impartial Foundation where he works to position diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives such that they effectively meet the needs of those who are most vulnerable. Clients he engages with span varied industries, including criminal defense, health care, and higher education. Washington resident Joe Eubanks takes an analytical approach to understanding the various stakeholders and divisions within complex organizations, and redefines priorities in ways that better serve constituents.
Mr. Eubanks’ range of services includes belonging services aimed at facilitating discussions and self-reflective exercises centered on Black, Indigenous, and People of Color communities. Facilitators provide space for participants to share and express traumas associated with systemic prejudice and racism. Mr. Eubanks’ team also delivers Workplace Harassment: Prevention and Response modules that enhance awareness and deliver scenarios and case studies that encourage practical understanding of how conflicts arise.
Mr. Eubanks earned his undergraduate degree in political science at the University of Mississippi. He then earned an MA in leadership in diversity and inclusion at the University of Kansas. His professional engagements include serving as Wenatchee Valley College’s executive director of climate, culture, diversity, and belonging.
